These Purchase Terms apply to purchases made through Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™, operated by John Hanna, unless and until a formal legal business entity is listed here.

By purchasing, enrolling in, accessing, or participating in any Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™ offer, program, membership, course, workshop, coaching experience, community, digital product, live event, or related service, you agree to these Purchase Terms.

These Purchase Terms are intended to help create clarity, trust, and mutual responsibility between you and Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™.

1. Parties

These Purchase Terms are entered into between Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™, operated by John Hanna, referred to in these terms as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company,” and the purchaser, participant, member, student, client, or customer, referred to as “you,” “your,” “Client,” “Member,” or “Customer.”

2. Acceptance of These Terms

You agree to these Purchase Terms when you do any of the following:

Click a checkout box agreeing to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Purchase Terms, or similar agreement.
Submit payment through Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, or another payment processor.
Purchase or enroll in any offer, product, program, membership, course, coaching experience, workshop, event, or service.
Access any paid content, community, member portal, training, replay, download, or private resource.
Participate in any paid live session, recorded session, membership, or program.

By purchasing or enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Purchase Terms.

3. Offers Covered by These Terms

These Purchase Terms apply to all current and future Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™ offers, including but not limited to:

Purpose Alignment Mentorship™
Purpose to Business™ Academy
Purpose to Profit™ or Purpose to Business™ related programs
REBIRTH™ related trainings, memberships, events, and experiences
Digital products, downloadable resources, workshops, coaching, consulting, speaking-related offers, and any future paid services

Specific offer details, pricing, access, deliverables, bonuses, timing, and features are listed on the relevant sales page, checkout page, or offer description at the time of purchase.

4. Nature of the Services

Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™ provides educational, coaching-style, faith-centered, personal growth, purpose clarification, business education, community, and transformational learning resources.

Our work may include teaching, reflection prompts, workshops, member content, group sessions, community support, digital resources, spiritual encouragement, business education, personal development guidance, and other forms of educational support.

Unless clearly stated in writing, our offers do not include private coaching, therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, mental health care, crisis support, tax advice, or guaranteed business consulting outcomes.

5. Educational and Coaching Disclaimer

All content, programs, workshops, memberships, communities, courses, coaching-style materials, and resources are provided for educational, informational, spiritual reflection, personal growth, and coaching-style purposes only.

Nothing provided by Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™ should be understood as therapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, professional mental health support, or crisis intervention.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, interpretations, implementation, results, and wellbeing.

If you need legal, financial, medical, psychological, mental health, tax, or crisis-related support, you should contact a qualified licensed professional in the appropriate field.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific result, income, revenue, business outcome, spiritual outcome, emotional breakthrough, personal transformation, financial improvement, client acquisition result, audience growth, clarity result, or life outcome.

Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, choices, consistency, effort, timing, skill development, personal circumstances, market conditions, discernment, implementation, and other variables outside our control.

Testimonials, examples, stories, case studies, income references, business examples, or transformation examples are not promises or guarantees that you will experience the same or similar results.

You agree that you are fully responsible for your own progress, decisions, actions, and results.

7. Faith-Based Content Disclaimer

Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™ includes faith-centered content, spiritual reflection, biblical themes, Christian language, personal testimony, and purpose-based teaching.

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for your own spiritual discernment, beliefs, decisions, and application.

Our content is not a substitute for pastoral care, church leadership, licensed counseling, professional mental health care, or emergency support.

8. Membership Billing Terms

Some offers, including Purpose Garden™ Community, may be sold as recurring memberships or subscriptions.

Depending on the option you choose, your membership may renew monthly, quarterly, yearly, or according to the billing schedule shown at checkout.

By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize us and/or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel, unless otherwise stated in the offer terms.

Membership pricing, billing frequency, renewal amount, and access details will be shown at checkout before purchase.

9. Cancellation Policy for Memberships

You may cancel future renewals of a recurring membership according to the cancellation instructions provided inside the platform, in your account, or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for payments already made unless a refund is required by law or specifically offered in writing.

If you cancel a membership, your access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period, unless otherwise stated.

10. Refund Policy

Unless a specific offer clearly states a different refund policy in writing, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to memberships, workshops, courses, digital products, downloadable resources, coaching-style programs, group programs, live events, replays, and member portal access.

Because digital products, member resources, recordings, community access, and educational materials may be made available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, did not participate, did not use the materials, forgot about the purchase, or decided the offer was no longer the right fit.

If a specific offer includes a written guarantee, refund window, or special cancellation term, that specific written offer term will control for that purchase.

11. Payment Plans

Some offers may include payment plan options.

If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full amount according to the payment schedule shown at checkout.

A payment plan is not a subscription that can be canceled simply because you stop participating. Unless otherwise stated in writing, you remain responsible for completing all agreed payments.

If a payment fails, access may be paused, suspended, or removed until payment is resolved.

12. Failed Payments and Access

If your payment method fails, expires, is declined, or cannot be processed, we may attempt to process the payment again and/or contact you to update your payment information.

If payment is not resolved, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the relevant offer, program, membership, course, community, or service.

You remain responsible for any outstanding payments owed under your purchase agreement.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We will make a good-faith effort to review the issue and help resolve it.

You agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to respond.

If a chargeback is filed for a valid purchase, we reserve the right to provide proof of purchase, account access, checkout agreement, product delivery, and communication history to the payment processor.

14. Access to Digital Products, Courses, Memberships, and Communities

Access details vary by offer.

After purchase, you may receive access through Kajabi, email, a member portal, a private community, live session link, replay page, download page, or another delivery method.

You are responsible for using the correct email address at checkout and keeping your login information secure.

15. Community and Participation Guidelines

If your purchase includes access to a community, group call, live session, comment area, coaching-style environment, or member space, you agree to participate respectfully.

You agree not to harass, attack, threaten, shame, exploit, spam, solicit, abuse, or disrupt other members, students, clients, or representatives of Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™.

We reserve the right to remove comments, posts, content, or access if behavior is harmful, inappropriate, disrespectful, unsafe, dishonest, abusive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the community or program.

If access is removed due to misconduct or violation of these terms, you are not entitled to a refund.

16. Intellectual Property

All Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™ materials are protected intellectual property.

This includes but is not limited to videos, recordings, worksheets, frameworks, lessons, emails, downloads, logos, graphics, copy, written content, teachings, names, methods, slides, PDFs, templates, prompts, resources, community posts, and other materials.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the materials for your own personal, educational, spiritual growth, or business development purposes.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, resell, teach, publish, upload, modify, license, transfer, or commercially exploit any materials without prior written permission.

17. No Sharing of Login or Materials

Your purchase is for your individual use only unless an offer clearly states otherwise.

You may not share your login, member access, course materials, downloads, recordings, templates, community content, or private resources with anyone else.

Unauthorized sharing may result in removal of access without refund.

18. Recordings and Live Sessions

Some workshops, coaching-style sessions, group calls, Q&A sessions, community sessions, or events may be recorded.

By attending or participating in live sessions, you understand that your name, voice, image, comments, questions, chat messages, or participation may appear in recordings.

Recordings may be used for replay access, member resources, future teaching, training, internal review, course improvement, or program delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts not to publicly share sensitive personal information without permission. However, if you do not want your voice, name, image, or questions recorded, you may choose not to speak, turn off your camera, avoid sharing personal details, or submit questions privately when that option is available.

19. Testimonials, Feedback, and User Content

If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, review, comment, message, success story, feedback, or other content, you give us permission to use it for business, educational, promotional, or marketing purposes unless you clearly request otherwise in writing.

We may use your first name, initials, written words, screenshots, audio, video, or other submitted content, while making reasonable efforts to avoid sharing sensitive personal information without permission.

20. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and personal information.

However, group programs, communities, live sessions, workshops, and member spaces are not confidential therapy, counseling, legal, medical, or financial environments.

You agree to use wisdom and discretion when sharing personal, spiritual, financial, emotional, family, business, or sensitive information in any group or community setting.

We ask members and participants to respect one another’s privacy, but we cannot guarantee that other participants will keep shared information confidential.

21. Third-Party Platforms and Payment Processors

We may use third-party platforms and tools to deliver content, process payments, host communities, track website activity, send emails, host video, run analytics, and manage customer access.

These may include platforms such as Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Google, Hotjar, email service providers, and other business tools.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and technical requirements.

22. Technology Issues

We make reasonable efforts to provide access to purchased materials and services.

However, we are not responsible for interruptions, outages, user device issues, internet problems, software incompatibility, login errors caused by incorrect user information, third-party platform downtime, or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.

23. Changes to Offers

We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, replace, rename, restructure, or remove parts of an offer, program, membership, course, community, lesson, bonus, resource, or delivery method when needed.

For memberships and evolving programs, content and resources may be added, changed, reorganized, or improved over time.

We may substitute comparable resources, lessons, trainings, or delivery methods if necessary.

24. Founding Member Notice

If you purchase an offer during a founding member, beta, early access, launch, or pre-launch period, you understand that the offer may still be growing, improving, and developing.

Founding member pricing may reflect early access, early participation, and the opportunity to help shape the experience.

You are not purchasing perfection. You are purchasing access to the stated offer in its current stage, along with the intended growth and improvement of the experience over time.

25. No Professional Relationship

Purchasing or participating in any Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™ offer does not create an attorney-client, therapist-client, doctor-patient, financial advisor-client, accountant-client, pastor-member, fiduciary, employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

26. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™, John Hanna, and any related team members, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, or service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional, financial, business, personal, or other damages arising from your purchase, participation, use, misuse, inability to access, or reliance on any offer, content, service, or material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your purchase or participation is limited to the amount you paid for the specific offer giving rise to the claim during the one month before the claim arose.

27. Personal Responsibility

You agree that you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, choices, participation, implementation, communication, business decisions, financial decisions, spiritual discernment, and personal wellbeing.

You agree to use your judgment before applying anything taught, discussed, or suggested.

28. Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless Faith to Freedom™ / REBIRTH™, John Hanna, and any related team members, contractors, representatives, affiliates, successors, or service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of the materials, unlawful conduct, infringement of intellectual property, conduct inside a community or program, or actions taken based on your own decisions.

29. Governing Law

These Purchase Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

30. Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally before pursuing formal legal action.

31. Updates to These Purchase Terms

We may update these Purchase Terms from time to time.

The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase will generally apply to your purchase, unless changes are required by law, platform policy, payment processor requirements, or operational necessity.

If any part of these Purchase Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
